We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at worksmarterthen@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
